My personal favorite censorship, in a real movie edited for tv was in Good Morning Vietnam on USA when they replaced the true "m-fer" with "melon farmer."

I can't remember who said it, who they were talking to, or even what part of the movie it was in. I do remember how hard I laughed though. I fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard...

Anyways, whats your favorite censorship?

Regards,
A

Hmmmm...... This is a really weird question... Anything in South Park cracks me up- although it really shouldn't...... Haha I'm so immature (sp?!)....

We want to stand upon our own feet and look fair and square at the world - its good facts, its bad facts, its beauties, and its ugliness; see the world as it is and be not afraid of it. Conquer the world by intelligence and not merely by being slavishly subdued by the terror that comes from it.

Eddie Murphy, 'Beverley Hills Cop' ...In the art gallery when he found out how much a piece cost his line 'Get the fu** out of here!!' replaced on the BBC by 'Get the heck out of here!!' and any time that *Fu88 you* is used before the watershed (9pm in the UK) it is generally replaced by *Forget you*... smile smile smile

Does it have to be a movie? Cause my all time favourite censor was when Puddle of Mud was singing "she hates me" for some award show. The line they sing (chorus) is "she fucking hates me"

But they just muted that swear which made me laugh since it's the chorus and so everytime he sang it went like this "she mute(complete silence, no vocals no music, no audience noise) hates me, yeah she mute hates me.

Not intended for illegal purposes, like anthrax and smallpox in surplus to murderers - Big Boi; "In Da Wind"

The "Krispy Kreme" of Quoteland, and my HOT light is ALWAYS "on".
