She is getting to the fun stage! She laughs, plays, and rolls over now. She doesn't just lay there and sleep all day like she used to...although some days I wish she did! lol

Woman was created from the rib of man.
She was not made from a part of his head to top him,
nor was she made from his feet to be trampled on.
She was created out of his side to equal him,
under his arm to be protected by him
and near his heart to be loved.

Meg she is a sweetie! Oh how precious, I love her eyes, they are big and curious and she looks like she observes everything. Smile You look so happy, too, motherhood is a wonderful fit for you!

And all4, Jim the Hex Cat is a cutie! He reminds me of my old boy Pumpkin when I was younger...I particularly like the purple photo, I feel like he's looking right through me! Maybe even placing a hex?!? Eek Glad you posted the shots.

She is very curious! She is the smartest little baby I know. She watches everyone and everything. She tries to touch everything within reach! Being a mom is awesome, I love it!

It's crazy, she does look just like her daddy! She also looks just like I did when I was a baby. I had that old man hair too! Smile She does like yellow! I'm pretty sure it's a baby thing though...she likes all bright colors.

One thing she didn't get from either of us are those big beautiful blue eyes. We are thinking they will turn brown when she gets older.

It has been two months since anyone has posted a photo in this topic. Has the photo/image UBB Code been disabled? Are the moderators going to sensor any photos that are not up to par for the course of General Discussion?

I have not taken a photo on my 35 mm camera since I went on vacation back in April. (I don't own a cell phone or a digital camera because I am "old fashioned." ) I have not yet had the roll developed but I was aiming to post some photos of the wind mills on top of Wind Rock Mountain.

If anyone wants to see these then raise yer right hand.

I took this at the St. Louis Botanical gardens.

Phantom you may want to get that roll of film developed soon. The way of rolled film is on its way out. Kodak will soon end processing rolled film soon. Even Wally World has stopped developing film in its newest stores, they send it out now. Even the old stores will soon ( I think this summer) stop film development. I’ve both types of cameras, I always enjoyed taking my film camera out picking the film speed that I would need, setting the best light, getting the best framing. Take the pictures and then having them developed. Waiting for a day to get back my pictures to see the results. Now you can just take picture after picture until you get something you like. For all those who are not on facebook...

Me at Machu Picchu...

With my friends on my last birthday...

With one of my childhood friends...

Thanks for posting some fresh photos Ananya. They are really good and I really like the one of you on top of Machu Picchu. I am glad to see that not everyone here in G.D. is suffering from apathy.

KO! you had me in splits... Big Grin
Asa, you look really cool...really handsome Smile specially with those dark glasses.

Phantom, thank you... we aim to please. Big Grin Though I am not on Machu Picchu... that is supposed to be THE vantage point. Everybody stands/sits there to take a picture with the Machu picchu man in the background. If you're wondering which man, turn your screen at 90 degrees and you will see the profile of the mountain resembles the profile of a perfect human face. I thought it was really cool, gives the whole symbolism of Machu picchu and the Eagle-Condor prophecy a wholly new mystical dimension. Smile It was the trip of a lifetime.

Asa, what does it say on your coffee mug? I have a (small) coffee mug collection, hence th reason I noticed the coffee mug first instead of your yellow "shopping bag" as KO put it. LOL Big Grin

Ananaya, I can't see your pictures... ?? Confused

Here's the mug!
I had forgotten - but how strangely appropriate.
Thanks to the lovely ladies at the Scout Hall who provided us with the tea, coffee and biscuits.

The yellow vest says 'Keep Scotland Tidy'. The charity has since changed it's name to 'Keep Scotland Beautiful'. We have to wear those for safety/security etc.
A bit daft really.

Please forgive my delayed reponse to comments posted by August and All4. My photos were procecessed on July 1 and the ones that I took of the windmills are not all that great. Almost all the photos on that roll turned out poorly except the ones I took of my dog and a cord of wood that I cut and stacked. I neglected to have the photos put on a disc so I cannot down load them on the Internet. If anyone wants to see any of them then just email me your postal address and I will forward one or two to you.

Thanks for posting the photo Mr. Eagle. I would assume that you are the man on the left or am I mistaken?

Which lake were you on?
