This topic is making me hungry for chicken. (Down south we call-em yard runners because folks what got chickens let them run loose in the yard all the time.) I reckon I am fixing to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and get me some wings & fixings and then go see the movie, Appaloosa.

quote:
Well, what do we have here? Is this Deedoublyew's way of coming out of the closet, and making a pass at me? If so, I must disappoint him by saying that I am both straight (not 'straight and proud!', just straight) and married.
If, on the other hand, he is being somehow patronising, I must suggest to him that he has failed, and miserably so, to 'read' me. Dark humour is often not recognised as such, and can therefore be passed off as a sign of an overly serious nature, suggesting a need for sympathy and understanding.
Either way... sorry, Deedoubleyew!

Why did the chicken cross the road?

To give D_W and Andrew some privacy!

That is a "goodern" Trish!

Why did the chicken cross the road? The best that I can figure is the chicken crossed the road to get a leg up on the rooster. Now that is what I call poultry in motion.

Why did the chicken cross the road?

Because the chicken was either a homophobe or disgruntled as, somehow s/he thought bitching and moaning about Obama would make him not be the president of the US anymore. Given the fact that the chicken could not get over this, s/he crossed the road to flock up with other like-minded chickens.

The left leaning chickens whose party was successful in the recent election (hence their crossing the road) had been in opposition for so long doing all the bitching and moaning that they forgot that this is actually politics at work and that being part of opposition is to call to account the party who have the final decision in policy making. However it may be that the left leaning chickens who did all that bitching and moaning while in opposition may not have realised that and were just being whiney pansies all along. Razz Cool

Why did the chicken cross the road?

Because Cluckzor the Almighty told Moschicken that he should lead his people away from the grasp of the evil Kentucky-Friedgyptians by parting the traffic and crossing the Red Road into the promised land.

The chicken crossed the road because the chicken crossed the road and when chickens cross roads, roads get cross.
