In an effort to get recruits for P&P because truly, everyone can write.... I'm inviting us to practice here with entrusting deeper experiences that come up, to this 6 word discipline. It's about resisting the urge to 'explain' and staying with the raw core. e.g. one that moved me recently.....
"The stretch marks are worth it".
6 words.... no more..... no less!

"He who learns must suffer. And even in our sleep pain that cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, and in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God." -Aeschylus
I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I've bought a big bat. I'm all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me! ~Dr. Seuss

(MBB, that struck me as a great example of an occurrence that could draw deeper into creative expression. You could experience your 'relationship' to the moment i.e.
My chuckbucket is friend and foe.
.... and deeper immersion into the moment... becoming the moment i.e.
Turbulent king tide laps my throat.
You tapped a good one there!)
