1st one I need is for a person who is very moody, something pertaining to releasing some of his anger and how it makes you feel better!!!

2nd one would be about how someone can use or abuse the friendship of someone who is in a vulnerable state!

I think I explained them correctly!!

I was angry with my friend;
I told my wrath, my wrath did end.
I was angry with my foe;
I told it not, my wrath did grow.

--William Blake, A Poison Tree

He who has a thousand friends has not a friend to spare,
And he who has one enemy shall meet him everywhere.

Faithful are the wounds of a friend but the kisses of an enemy are decietful.
--Proverbs 27:6

Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide, keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.

On relaeasing Anger

As a human being, you have the right to get angry; but as a practitioner, you do not have the right to stop practicing.
-- Thich Nhat Hanh, from Be Free Where You Are

Nothing is improved by anger, unless it be the arch of a cat's back. A man with his back up is spoiling his figure. People look none the handsomer for being red in the face. It takes a great deal out of a man to get into a towering rage; it is almost as unhealthy as having a fit. . . . Whatever wrong I suffer, it can not do me half so much hurt as being angry about it.
-- Charles Haddon Spurgeon

For the first request:
Bitterness is like cancer. It eats upon the host. But anger is like fire. It burns it all clean.
~Maya Angelou

Stand up wherever you are, go to the nearest window and yell, “I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore.”
~Howard Beale

A man who does not know how to be angry, does not know how to be good. Now and then a man should be shaken to the core with indignation over things evil.
~Henry Ward Beecher

When angry, count to four. When very angry, swear.
~Mark Twain
