"An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind."

Only the film Gandhi, Gandhi said that quote. But on my class, we are asked the source of this quotation. SO what I think, Gandhi got this quotation from someone or from something, a book or a magazine. So anyone know? Major help... =]

I know I'm not suppose to post it here, but I really need some major help. Thanks =]

The quote actually originated with Ghandi.

By the way, if you need a quote's source, it's best to ask it in the "Who Said It" forum to get better/faster attention.
