Might want to ammend all the Constitutions; like this one.

I'm horrendously bored, but I remember waterlily recently asking about what facilitators were and how they differed from mods- a slight tweak here or an inserted clause there might be in order.

the term "facilitator" is being eliminated.

The original idea behind using the term "facilitator" was probably a good one, but as time has gone by there just doesn't seem to be a need for it anymore.
