So, it's been a while since I've visited Quoteland and much, much longer since I've contributed anything. Anyway, here, a silly little thing I wrote just before a presentation:

Sebastian, that unsightly shrew,
did outrun the ghastly gnu.
It chased him down,
his hooves a-clomping;
cutting the air,
his teeth a-chomping.
Sebastian jumped upright,
upon winged feet he did alight.
He ran upon the prairie brown
until the gnu had settled down.
That ghoulish gaze like broken glass
had set itself upon the grass.
