victim to herself
her own mind's enclosures
shackled to fears
she will not face.
She lives in
the in-between
indecisive
incoherent
incomplete
languishing in grief
that pseudo smile
doesn't trick me.

I like the way you put you frustration. Sounds like your dealing with an older lady.
