One of my favorite quotes by Oscar Wilde is, "Consistency Is The Last Refuge Of The Unimaginative." I googled it and found a few articles about the quote and realized my interpretation is quite different than many out there. Now I'm confused!
To me, this quote means the unimaginative use consistency as a shelter as they lack creativity. One of the articles I was reading http://www.sayings.biz/blog/51...refuge-unimaginative has a different idea of what this quote means. Just trying to get some takes on it for no reason other than to see if I've been misunderstanding it all these years!!
Thanks,
CLee
