I had a well documented original source for the phrase ~'in the future everyone will be famous for 15 minutes' and it was definetly NOT Mr. Warhol.
I lost it in a house fire along with everything else.
Can anyone help?

All the quote and reference books give it to Warhol.

What he actually said was, "In the future everybody will be world-famous for fifteen minutes." Quoted by him in a 1988 catalog accompanying an exhibition of his works at the Modern Museét in Stockholm.

If you happen to find the other source, please enlighten us.
