I can't find the source to this. I have never heard it or read it. No one that I have asked has ever heard of it or read it (but then I don't work with people that are versed in quotations or sayings or aphorisms).

I have tried to see the merit of this but I am not sure that I would adopt this quote as a general rule for stressfull situations. For example: an I.R.S. audit is very stressful but you just can pee on it and leave. Going to the Denist is another example of a stress related problem.
