It might not be the exact quote, but you get the idea. I think it might be Rockefeller. A friend said Al Pacino in Scarface said it, but I dont think so.
In real case, there is no such way, if you are the accuse, you ended up loosing the case. If you are the plaintiff, then you always have positive ideas ahead. The job of every Lawyers is to protect and fight for a case against you, so they all need to do what they think you could win it. This reminded me of a personal injury attorney that my friend hired from a private firm, he said "at all cost, lawyers are are bind to the side of its client regardless, what is right or wrong"..This message has been edited.
