hi,i spent some time on your inquiry and the best i could come up with is (1)sonia chaquette, a spiritualist who wrote a book on the subject and who was introduced to a radio show by host tory mc'donald, using much the same verbage.2(perhaps more interestingly)it's meaning may be from the pen of george lucas, who in the the star wars movies portrays luke sky walker as being told by his spiritual mentors to "trust his own insticts".you may have already found this out on the web, but i hope this helps. by the way i really like the spirit of the quote.

Hi, wildcherry !! Very first day of posting I got hit in my search engine, but both were blogs.... first one with exact wording I wouln't touch.... Second I have this: in two parts. life is about trusting your feelings, loving what you have and finding happiness somewhere along the way "and I've learned that you can get through bad times and keep looking for better ones, as long as you have people who love you.." http://xblackstar.blogdrive.com/------------------------------------------------------------- Serenity of mind, good-heartedness, purity of nature, self-control—this is called mental austerity. ~Gitopanishad.
