I remember hearing this quote over and over and it may not be quite right. Who siad it?

Someone has suggested that Tony Robbins said this, but I thought the quote was much older than that. Any comments?

I found it attributed to Verne Hill, whoever he may be, at one site, but since other attributions at that site were wrong, I wouldn't trust it.
